They did an article in Time Out New York (local mag about the city) about a guy who worked for close to 24 hrs straight to make his rent. He worked his ass off, made his rent and proved what could be done if need be. He made like 800 bucks in a day. I'll see if I can find the article. He worked as a mover, and all sorts of stuff.

Kid, I'll tell you what I told 500hp, mellow out, close your mouth and listen more. It's better to let everyone think you're an asshole, than to speak and remove all doubt. Go back and read this entire thread, from front to back, and see if you learn what our young friend here has learned.

:o Maby he should drive the charger, since he looks more experienced. :smilielol:

**Question**
I re-prepped some of my charger and how do I go about repainting the areas? It doesn't need but 1 or 2 cans of primer, but the part that doesn't need more paint or needs another coat, how can I make the new paint stick to the other paint?
Thanks.

yep just thought i would check first .... the  areas you want to paint again that are not covered with enough paint ie ( see through ) what we call it in the body shop .
this is how i would go about it ... lightly grey( or red ) scotch brite the areas ,
dont bother masking any anything ,  clean & de-grease & tack  as normal the areas to paint ... don't know what pressure your painting at but , i would turn it down a bit  carefull you don't go too close , then consentrate on covering the see through areas ,  would of  thought another couple of coats would do it , but y2 is crap at covering ,  i used yellow primer on mine for that reason . the on the last coat  thin down the paint in the gun with more thinner 50%, then before the last coat of paint has flashed off , re coat it with the over thinned paint & flick out  to surrounding areas , the over thinning part is not really necessary if its not seen when the interior is in , but that's how to do it properly .
..but ask a few different painters & you will get different answers ,

oh  one more thing , if you do go the over thinning route !!   don't go  thumping a heavy over thinned coats on , as it might pickle up , use it just for fading out  :yesnod:

Everyone wants me to play football because of my size, so far I've told them all to step-off, was it worth playing football? Should I go try-out (I'll get on the team easy) or keep telling them no?

Ryan,
If you like football then play. This may be your only opportunity to play in that kind of environment. I had a blast when I played in high school. You're a kid so you may not understand now, but you're only a kid ONCE
