Not being suggestive, but simply wondering: isn't the hard line on the passenger side supposed to go under the frame rail? I started routing mine the same way yours was but looking at it and seeing how the driver's side went I went ahead and routed it under the rail . . .

Corellian Corvette

I don't think that's always the case. For some reason, when I orded my new lines, the guy at inline tube asked me if I wanted to go under the frame rail or through the access door. I don't know what the reasons (or situations) are where you go under vs. through. Maybe it's a disc vs. drum thing?  :shruggy:

Hmm yeah I didn't think of disc vs. drum. I went disc BTW. Charge-it, are you running drums or discs up front?

As the pics show, I`m running 11" drums all around. The passenger front brake line is 100% correct. Some ran under the frame rail, others ran over the frame rail. I don`t why there were two different styles of front passenger brake lines. I relaced all of my brake lines with lines from Fine Lines and ordered exactly what was on the cat when I took it apart. My friends 68 Coronet has the same brake line set up and his are all original. His car is a factory front disc brake set-up.

Wow, fantastic work!  Looks great.  Thanks for all the pic's.

My 69 has disk and the lines were original before I changed them and the pass side went through the access door.  There's even a split in the rubber cover for it.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Hmmm I got my lines from Fine Lines as well. I didn't have any old ones on my car to compare to so I guess I'll never know what I had originally. Oh well! Interesting that there are two different lines though.

The master cylinder came from Bill Rolik at Bill Rolik enterprises. Its a brand new master cylinder, not a rebuilt. It`s not 100% like an original or NOS unit, but it`s close enough for me.

The bolt on cap and wing shaped bracket came from PG classics and is a reproduction part as well. Mike at BE&A carries them. The new midland style booster was purchased through ebay and from what I`ve heard is no longer in production. I bought it because it was cheaper than send my original out for a rebuild. If I had to do it over, I would send out my original to be rebuilt because the vacuum check valve is a little different in diameter causing an issue with the size of the vacuum hose.
