Can't reply in the for sale section

  I for some reason, can't reply in the for sale section or the parts for sale section. 
  I can reply anywhere else on this board but not on those two sections. 
  Many a times I would have purchased parts but didn't because I couldn't post a reply. 
  Figured I had to have X amount of posts before I could post there but I have seen many people put cars for sale with only one post so far.

  What's up??

  I have read that we aren't allowed to post replies on the cars for sale section.  Is that the same for all of the classifieds? 
    This is a great site but this part kind of sucks!

The for sale sections used to be reply enabled but the abuse ended that a long time ago.  You aren't being singled out in any way.

This is explained in a sticky thread at the top of this section titled "posting replys in the classified section" (direct link). Anyone can post an ad in any of the classified sections. Anyone can reply to ads in any section except the "For Sale" sections - which are blocked due to too many rude, unwanted, and idiotic comments from people who rarely planned on buying anything any way. The Classifieds are not discussion forums and never were designed to be. They are only here as a helpful tool - not the primary function of the site. Because to that, it's just not worth the time, effort, or aggravation to come up with a better solution.

If you want to know more about an item then contact the seller. If they followed the directions posted at the top of every section then there should be contact information or you can always send a PM.
