How much pressure do I need for a six-pac set up?
I have a 400 BB and electric fuel pump.
My pressure guage will only go to 5 psi with the regulator all the way open.
I was thinking I need more like 7 or 8 psi.

As long as it maintains 5 psi at WOT you are fine.  :yesnod:

It is holding 5 psi wide open.
