Greetings from Belgium, the beer country

NOS is nice, turbo's are neat, but when it comes to Mopars, there's no need to cheat...

I've used the green plastiguage in the past. It doesn't matter what color it is as long as it reads the correct scale for clearances....in your case this is fine because .0025 falls between .0010 & .0030  ;)

I allways set the main/rod clearances at .0025 to allow for thermal expansion.  :Twocents:

Make sure the plasti-gauge is fresh so it will read/crush accurately.

It has a very short shelf life after the "bulk" package is opened, which the individual strips come out of.

60-90 days depending upon climatic.

Take a scrap piece, bend it back and forth a few times, should NOT turn white or crack.

Bob out.
