Wow that's a lot of money considering the second one   "... needs restoration and has already been disassembled". I personally could care less about the SE package on a 500. Not to put down the car, it looks great and I respect the fact that he has the only 2 SE 500s that color, but I wouldn't pay that kind of money for it (if I had it  ;D ). I would think you could pick up a fairly nice 500 AND a Daytona for that kind of money... :scratchchin:

Having seen both cars personally they would make a nice pair to put in the garage together, which is why the current owner has both of them. They are both 500 SE's, but they are also 2 SE's with A/C. I only have information on 4 Charger 500's that are known to be SE's with A/C, and here sits half of the total.

I don't think they will get the asking price out of the cars, even if both were restored, but that is just my opinion. Not in today's market anyways. They are both #'s matching cars, with fender tags, and broadcast sheets though. So all numbers match.

tan top

nice looking C500 :drool5: would sure love to own that pair  :yesnod:

wonder if they had each others broadcast sheet ?

Not sure, just know that each has the right sheet now. Oh and they were previously owned by Reggie Jackson.

Though $120.000 per car seems steep for the $240Pr 500 Se/s.Look at the rest of their cars $$$$

the prices are all over the place.  $85K for AAR and T/A cars isn't out of the park, and we've gotten more than $160k for 68 GT500KR cars twice, and $135k is OK for the L71 '67 coupe IF there is paperwork to back it up.  two hundred grand for any dart that doesn't start with LO23 is mind boggling, and $450k for the '67 Shelby is a choker.

nice stuff, though.

The RPM collection is right next to where I work. I have looked at both of the 500's they have and the one that has had work done to it already is a very sharp car. I think that almost all of his cars that have had work done on them have been done by Ken Mosier from the Finer Details shop, which that shop is about 15 miles from my house as well.

Hello and Happy New Year to all. I have been reading a lot of the posts lately but have not posted anything here since the summer. This year I am going to do better. Tonight I am replying to the pics of the two rpm Charger500SE cars for sale. They are nice and are surely a rare treat to see together indeed. However I must add one more production number to his claim of them being the only two T5 Copper SE's produced with A/C. Both of those cars are identical to my unrestored T5 500SE with tan interior A/C and disc brakes. I posted pics of mine on the, got a pic of your Charger...Post the up, on July 4th, 2008. Just didn't want the mis-information in his ad to grow in this thread.

69_500

How are you doing Alex. Long time no post.

Alex, only one of the cars being offered up for sale is T5 though, the other car that hasn't been restored yet is T3. Both have tan interior though just as your car.
