Today was a great day!!!!! After a year and a half of restoration, the Charger finally got the new heart installed today.  See the pictures below.  I will send more as the other parts are installed.

Thanks for all of the positive comments.  This past year has been long and frustrating at times with this frame up resto.  My wife has stopped asking me when it will be ready because the date has changed 30 times.........But it is getting close now!

The engine is a 440 rebuild that came out of a roadrunner as well as the transmission and rear end.  My car originally had a 318 that died.  I will post the specs on the motor shortly.  

Regarding engine swap in shorts......this is why I live in Texas.  Mid 70's yesterday!

The transmission goes in today so I will post more pictures later today.
