It seems Shelley and her husband were driven away and by the looks of it haven't been around in a year.

Wow, I hate to see anyone leave...they seemed like nice people.

Anyone know what the main driver was that drove them/others away? I mean I've been here since '02 and seen more than my share of spirited conversations (Who could forget the drama between TK and...who was that guy, "ChargerBill"?) but I never saw anything that to me would have risen to the level of cyber bulling that would cause someone to  leave. Now I'm sure with over 5,855 member there will be diffrent thickness of skin but I'd expect if a member was viciously attacked our friendly MODs would step in. I know I've seen one or two "open air" apologies from "aggressive" posters after Troy or another MOD took them to the cyber wood shed.  :spank:

...Nacho! Merry Christmas and a Happy new year!! you guys get snow down there??  :smilielol:

Why doesn't one of you guys that knew them a little send them an Email asking? I bet they would talk to you. I would but they have no idea who I am.

Sweet! Something I can sell to fund my 68s... :D

As far as I know, work hadn't been started on the car the last time I talked to Shelley and Jonathan. For anyone who hasn't seen it, it was truly a basket case. When the decision was made to NOT make it the DC.com car Shelley offered to refund any parts or donations that they had received (not much).

Yes, it's truly a shame that some people can be such completely self-absorbed buttheads that they drive others (particularly good people) away from the site.

Troy
Sarcasm detector, that's a real good invention.

Nah....my car is the official Cody Charger  I'd like to see progress on the actual one.
