My son has a 72 Charger with a wiper post that is missing the fitting that is bigger and fits over this studd and has a pin through it. I have no idea what it is called. I need to know where to get one of these little parts or how to fix it.

Here is a picture of a wiper post with the right fitting and the one that is missing
