now that you mention it.. i had a convert '54 Chevy pedal car...
later we made our own coasters, scoreing matching sets of ball bearing wheels was all the rage among the kids on our hill. Man - does that bring back some memories. a handfull of two inch nails, a hammer, one big plank of wood for a chassis..... a two by two sawed in half for axles and  a card board box for a seat... and we were all parnelli Jones...  :D
