Big block throttle cable bracket

Are all late 60s early 70s big block throttle cable brackets the same? The cable is long enough but the clamp on bracket is a about 2in to far back to clamp properly on cable. All the brackets I find are basically the same. Any pics of would be great. Thanks

  There were differences between the 2 & 4 barrel brackets. I'm assuming you have a 4 barrel. If your bracket came from a 440, it should be a 4 barrel. If it came off a 383 or 400, it could be either. If you're not using a stock carb., are you using the correct linkage adapter? They make them for Edelbrock/Carter, Demon, and Holley.

Thanks its a 4 barrel Edelbrock. I will check out the aftermarket ones.
