I went to this with some of the SoCalLX folks. It's a car show to collect toys for needy kids - this year they expected to get 30,000 toys. Lot's of exotics, classics, everything in between, and the more "mundane". Didnt take a lot of pics cuz I dont have a real camera and transferring them from my celly is a PITA. Not a lot of MOPARS, but the ones that were there were of the High end sort...

Ford GT

Vintage Ferrari. Not enough of a connoisseur to tell you more about it...

Ferrari row. There at least a couple hundred at the event.

SWEET!

This one gave me a funny feeling in my pants.

Some of the SoCalLX crew.

Cobras!

Matte black RR Phantom. Dude said there are only 2 in the world and the other one is "owned by a prince". The custom paint alone was $50K.

Ferrari F-40. Still one of my favorites.

Stratocharger should be on here soon to elaborate on the ferrari.

Buku bux out there in Cali huh?

I guess...though I have yet to make any of those bux for myself... :icon_smile_big:

But yeah...I think Cali is probably the only place in the world where you could get a field like that in a car show. Anywhere else, you might get a Ferrari or 5, a Lambo or 3, and a dozen or so Porsches. But to get hundreds (that's not counting all the high end "not exotic" stuff - the vintage muscle cars, race cars, antiques, street rods, and so on...). I'm surprised I didn't see the couple of Enzos and Veyrons that "live" in the area - though I left early.
Another cool thing about this show was that since it was for the kids, everyone was welcome. There were even guys in pimped out Toyota Yarises....

No, this was up in the Valley (Woodland Hills). It was put together by the same guys that organize a weekly meet in Calabasas similar to Cars and Coffee. And this was HUGE by comparison...they advertised that 5000 cars were expected. I dont think there were THAT many, but definitely a couple thousand showed up.
