RR1 Burgundy Metallic Pics?

Hey there-     My brother has apparently caught Charger fever from me and is currently looking at an RR1 burgundy metallic 68' 383 auto.  He was hoping to see some pics of how the color looks on a b-body before the paints is 37 years old.  Anybody got any they'd care to share?  Thanks a bunch, Tipopiola

RR1 is one of the most attractive colors they B Body came in IMHO.

My parents bought a burgandy 383/2v auto new in 68. My dad hated that car (mechanically) loved the looks and the color. I have only seen one other since. I hope your brother gets it and posts some pics.

One of my favorite colors.  I just about traded allblue for this RR just because I love the color so much.  Brocker's Beauty's ended up buying it and jacked the price.  I could have had it for under 20k.

speakin on Burgandy paint.. if I were to redo my paint today I'd go with the "99 Cranberry Metallic Pearl I have on my Chrysler,..
It's a deep burgandy with a hint of blue pearl,.. I just put a coat of Zeymol Wax on today and if you'r lookin for a nice Burgandy Paint It's worth lookin at,.. course it's not stock...  I get comments all the time on the "nice Color"..

It's nice, but it's not a Charger...it's not even a Roadrunner. $85K is CRAZY for that car, I could see $50K to $60K...maybe. Those car brokers just plain RUIN the hobby...

I found the RR on Brocker's site, so here's another pic in the sun, it's at $26k now.    I by no means am endorsing this car, I just really liked it until these guys got it.
