Getting the 3:73 in the DANA, [found timken axel bearings] get it all done and put in the 70. First road salting, she is done till spring. Start it up about two times a month, get up to temp., run 20 min. or so, shut it off. Mix race gas & add. to keep gas good. :Twocents:

Where do you get the LED bulbs and how much?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.

Lots of plans, no money,(again). But probably some little things, fix some of the small rust spots that are starting. I like to start it at least once a month in the winter, just have to hear it running, so I can make it through the winter. If I had the money I'd get it painted and the bumpers re-chromed, and a new tail light. Then just enjoy it.

I'm hopping my car goes in for rerestoration this winter. I had it painted/body work ~4yrs ago, & I wasn't happy.  :brickwall: I've been saving to take another run at it. The new guy has a rotisserie, so hopefully that will help, plus the full qtrs are available now. I'll start a thread w/pics as soon as it starts. I'm also in the process of buying another drivable Mopar of some sort.

I've gotten a quote from Brewers Performance to convert my auto to 4-speed. Kinda pricey, but really not bad. Sure would like to do that this winter. Also, I've got a little pesky bleeding I'd like to fix. The rear main seal is leaking, (seems to be worse when the car is moving down the road) sprays oil all over my pretty TCI exhaust the smokes like a house fire when ever I stop. YUCK!!! I've got a re-built 440 on a stand ready to go. Yup, 4-speed and re-built engine those are the plans. MONEY is the problem. Heck, the cost of Kerosene alone to heat the garage while I'm out there. Sheesh.
Happy New year to all of you.
Salute.
Jeffery.

Got it running as good as I could so this winter its getting simpson 3 inch lap belts and hook speedometer cable up. Then I need to replace power booster or go to manual brakes, with MP master cylinder. Also my power steering pump is leaking BAD and that needs rebuilt or I sorta want manual steering. Then if I got the coin some draglites and new rubber.

Uh... Everything?  :shruggy:
First priority is to get it driveable and road legal, then I'm looking at fatter torsion bars and SS-leafies, sway bars and new gearing (2.71 is not my cup of tea), maybe some discs up front would be nice? Then maybe replace the trunk floor and install the six-point rollbar I've ordered, get a decent converter and cam... and... and... The fun never stops!!!!  :brickwall:
