Nothing. It is too cold here in Minnesota to work on the car in my unheated garage.

I think she means the Challenger. It is the one at the bottom of all her posts.

Since our winters are mild my '66 will be going on the rotisserie in January. Lots of stuff to do before she's ready to go. Got a little sidetracked with mom and of course I married my mechanic yesterday.

Yes and thanks! I am still paying for him fixing my 3/4 ton...$15 part took my tranny to it's knees and he had to lay in the sand to fix it. He hates that...the sand that is! Speed sensor...geez! Thank goodness wasn't the tranny.

It's a little old but before someone posts the same subject. I got most of my previous things fixed & this Winter plan on doing a few small things.

Put valley pan on with heat riser block off
Install my ProForm Frankenstein carb
Swap the MP distributor out for a HEI unit
Cut some plug wires to length for the new male style cap.
Toss the fiberglass front valance for a AMD unit.(bought the glass one before the repo came about)
Kicking around going with a fiberglass front bumper & lightened bumper brace
Install some bolt in Mancini sub frame connectors, I'll have them welded in later
Work on getting the gaps uniform for all the panels.
Get my CE rear shocks on

Not much else as the major body work I need to save up for.

4. Finish sound system (new 6x9 in the rear shelf)
5. 440 Decals on hood
6. install correct mirror :icon_smile_wink:
7. slight possibility of installing correct 69 grille

well,it being October in San Francisco, winters pretty much over....other than cleaning and driving and cleaning again I think I will adjust the windows, upgrade the fuel system to 1/2" and start saving up for a set of professionally ported aluminum heads , a bigger cam and a set of carbs to run a crossram.

Installing a new shifter boot (old one is torn), and blackouts on the hood. Perhaps fiddle with the gas gauge/sending unit to get it to read a bit more precise. Maybe try to get some of the grill plastic trim pieces rechromed. Otherwise just drive her wild.  :icon_smile_wink:

Sit in it's Airchamber and maybe start it once or twice.
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.
