Holy crap...the best concert I've seen! I was about 8 feet from the stage. The band sounded awesome and the stage show was amazing. Lasers, fire and amazing lighing.

I never saw Metallica, I'm not much of a metal fan, but just about any concert would be fun. If friends were all going to see them I'd probably go along too. I'll never get burnt out on live shows, but I definitely have no interest in arenas anymore. It's not the crowds, it's the lack of being able to see the band up close. The last arena show I went to was Nine Inch Nails & had "decent" seats that didn't need binoculars.

My favorite places to see any live act are the clubs that hold a few hundred people. I just went to see a blues harmonica player, James Cotton, at The Turning Point in Piermont, NY & had a seat at the very first table. We were literally 5 feet from where the edge of the stage started, which was great since my 9 year old daughter was there. She loved it, we met James Cotton after the show & bought a CD from him that he signed.

Glad you liked the show Bronzy, don't ever stop going.

The Sword rock, that is some killer stoner rock there man, good for them getting on that show. That is really awesome.

I have seen Metallica about 17 times since 1988. They were on of my first shows. I was 14 when I saw them in 88'.Man how the time goes by.
I got to shake hands with James during the crowd chorus shout for Seek and Destroy.
Glad to hear that they did not lose their touch.
Last time I saw them was back in 03' I believe.
