Looking to swap out a Saddle tan one for a black one.

I believe I need to knock the roll pin out (shiny part I have been beating on in da pic) of this and the rest is easy...
Am I right?

Bump...

Is there a tool for this?  knocking out or drilling that pin should allow me to swap steering wheels?

I just removed mine (the pin) to do a power steering pump. I used a same diameter punch (as the pin) with a 2 inch shaft to pound it out. Yes, they are in there tight. A punch that just fits inside the sleeve will work perfect. It is better if the rolled pin is straight up and down for a better swing.
