clips on back of seats

i have a 1969 charger. i had the front bucket seats recovered. on the back of the bucket seats there is a seperate piece on cardboard that has to be covered. each cardboard has 4 holes for clips. can any onetell me where i can get these clips or can i make something  to make it fit

While they dont list it on their site I remember hearing Legendary Interiors might be reproducing them....maybe give them a call?
