Had my stock manifolds coated by them twice.....they offerd a free recoat after 3 years if any rust came through....3 years & 2 months later rust started poking through on mine.....they gave me the free recoat and its been 4+ years since the second one with no troubles

Does anyone know how high the temp. of Headers are???   I was thinking of Powder Coating other then Jet Hot....

Any Pro's and Con's to Powder Coating Headers, and can Powder Coating withstand the exhaust heat ???????

Thanks

Powder coating will not stand the heat....you need a ceramic type coating like Jet-Hot or others

I've seen manifolds get around 600* on a stock 440+6...   powder coating will not take it...     I've seen headers get REAL hot (think over 1300*)
