Which emblem is this correct for?

    Hey guys,

       I recently found a NOS R/T emblem still sealed in the package in my garage.The part# on the package
  is: 3445223
   I can't find this part# anywhere in my 1969 parts catalogue unless it's for a later year.Does anybody know what this emblem is for? What make and model and where it goes?

You did not find it in a '69 catalog because it's for a 71 challenger(fender n/plate).
