This is the reason why you need to send this e-mail to all your contacts It is better to receive this message 25 times than to receive the virus and open it.

If you receive a mail called' POSTCARD,' even though sent to you by a friend, do not open it! Shut down your computer immediately. This is the worst virus announced by CNN. It has been classified by Microsoft as the most destructi ve virus ever. This virus was discovered by McAfee yesterday, and there is no repair yet for this kind of virus. This virus simply destroys the Zero Sector of the Hard Disc, where the vital information is kept.

It seems the new trick is to send BS e-mails with a reference to certifying them with Snopes, gives credibility to the hoax/exaggeration. 

I got a BS e-mail recently from the newsletter woman of my Mopar club with bogus right-wing BS in it, it said it was checked with Snopes.  I "checked" the woman on it...

My sister sent me a warning for a UPS/FedEx virus.  It tells you a package you sent was undeliverable and you needed to fill out an attached form.  The description she sent me said a package was attempted to be delivered but I wasn't home and needed to fill out above said attachment.

The latter would be more believable.     Sneaky f#>}ers.

472....I got the same one about a week ago....deleted it after I scrolled over the senders name and looked at the bottom of my computer screen and saw the senders real name....
