:scope: don't look that bad ..... defiantly repairable :yesnod: .... biggest problem would be getting rid of that damn burnt car smell :yesnod: ... repaired a  couple over the years ,  even stripping it out to a bare  body shell ..the smoke /smell is still in  it ever after a real good cleaning .
good deal for    HEMI  motor & running gear ... :yesnod:

MOPARHOUND!

He called me a week or so ago looking for all the parts for a 69 Charger interior.  He said he'd bought a 69 Charger that had a dash/interior fire.  He didn't mention the Hemi or 5 Speed.............cool car before it became toast.  Hopefully he gave less than the parts are worth.  Toasted cars scare me, unibody seems to always be contorted & the steel compromised, numerous rust issues down the road.  That Charger is worse than the 70 Runner was, and the body shop talked the guy out of even attempting restoring the 70 Runner.  I'd pull the parts and convert another Charger, and scrap the burnt car.............your opinion may vary.   :Twocents:

*Speed costs money son, how fast do you want to go, and for how long?"
*"Build the biggest engine you can afford the first time."
*"We normally wouldn't use a 383 for this build, parts and labor for a 440 cost the same."

I'd have to agree on just pulling everything off and building another.  It was a 318 car to begin with anyways.
Just can't ever get that smell completely gone even with a small fire.
Still a damn shame to see it like that.
Mopar stuart....Not that it matters much anymore but I can give them pics of the previous resto on it if the're interested.  Metalwork..Paint...Assembly

moparstuart

Cool i have been told they are for sure fixing it lilwendal. I will see if they want previous pictures   thanks !!!!  I fired them off an email with your email contact info.

Well they keep coming back anyway   :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall:   It's kinda like a billboard brings me buisness but it brings me moron's also > LOL

Heck...I'd be checkin' it out if I saw that car in that yard....and so would you....you can't blame someone for trying. Stick the thing under a cover if you don't want to be bothered.....you're just teasing otherwise.
