Aside from Batman and Superman DC is pretty lame it seems, at least from the movie standpoint. They just keep rehashing those two stories over and over.

Dark Horse has at least Aliens and Predator comic lines... granted those were movies BEFORE the comics..... 

Now the Batman VS Aliens two part story was sweet!

Anyone familiar with a special issue that had Superman being found by the Wayne's as a baby? He's raised as their son and witnesses them killed as Bruce did. (Bruce is never born) Superman later grows up to become The Batman instead but of course he has his Superman powers but, Batman's attitude, etc, etc.

I still have that issue in my collection. I need to go thru the boxes. I believe it was called "Silver Bullets"

Can't say I remember the one... I used to own the ones where Batman was a vampire, those were pretty cool!

I remember that batman and superman teamed up for awhile (bruce dressed up like clark to fool/prove to lois lane that superman and clark are two people). Batman then became worried that superman had used his Xray vision to look under Batman's mask to see his real identity and superman told him that he would never do that. Batman eventually revealed his true identity as Wayne.

nothing aginst ANT MAN but i just see that movie beeing a flop . other than diehard comic guys i just dont think he is well known enough to base a movie on . as much as i hate to say it coz CAP is my all time favorite . he just isnt as familiar with the younger crowd althouh the movie will do well .

nothing aginst ANT MAN but i just see that movie beeing a flop . other than diehard comic guys i just dont think he is well known enough to base a movie on . as much as i hate to say it coz CAP is my all time favorite . he just isnt as familiar with the younger crowd althouh the movie will do well .

So he always has to go home first before he can fight the bad guys? I've never read any Iron Man comic books but according to the movie his big robot suit apparently requires some automated assembly in his secret shop, so every time a bad guy shows up in town and starts wrecking stuff Tony Stark has to go all the way home to get dressed first? Doesn't that kind of defeat the purpose of what it is to be a superhero? I mean part of the job is to be ready, expeditious and alert, right? It's sort of like on-duty fire fighters taking their own cars to the grocery store in their street clothes instead of wearing their uniforms and taking the fire truck.

No wonder Stark was immediately contacted by S.H.I.E.L.D. at the end of the movie. He's going to need four other team members there to fight while he's getting changed.

what would really be cool in the new PUNISHER WAR ZONE movie is have an apperance of CAP rehashing THE PUNISHERs first appearance in marvel comics CAPTAIN AMERICA #241

Sgt. Fury is supposed to make a Cameo in the Captain America movie from what I heard.

Personally I think the Punisher VS Spiderman was a better battle, or Captain America VS Bullseye, or Spiderman VS Carnage! All would make decent movies lol!
