SFRT, you must come and test drive this car first.  The only thing about this car is you have to turn sharp when doing a donut, I keep hitting the curb on the drivers side.  :smilielol:

:drool5: No deal.  I've got to have cash. But I'll give that a value of equal to $100,000.  So, do I hear $125,000. ?   My reserve is getting close to being met.  So bid to win this abandoned car.

Abandoned?  You didn't say anything before about it being abandoned.  I was going to bid but that changes everything.  Why would someone abandon a car like that unless it was truly a worthless piece of crap?  Oh, it may look okay on the outside but what is it like mechanically?  Have you tested it out, I mean REALLY tested it?  Taken it out and beaten on it until it literally cries for mercy?  Thats the only way to make sure we are bidding on a fair and worthwhile item here.

skip68

Ghoste, I've beat this car like a rental car and then some.  In fact, at 2pm today I placed a brick on the gas pedal and let it run wide open in neutral for 45 minutes to make extra shure that the rev limiter was good.  :yesnod: the car did great and only made a little smoke and some kind of strange sound but quickly went away after I put some more oil in it.  :yesnod: :smilielol:  Is that good enough for you or do we need some more test? ? So, how about that bid....

Hmm, that all sounds pretty good but still I'm up here in Canada where it rumored through much of the world that we don't have roads.  We do of course, they just aren't proper roads like in the USA.  In fact they're more like logging trails, do you have any really really rough stretches of road you could drive over to test the suspension?  Maybe load it down real good too with a few hundred pounds of dirt and stuff in the trunk.  A lot of times we have to haul 8 months provisions into the bush up here and it'd be nice to know the car can take it.

skip68

That won't be a problem at all.  :2thumbs:  I need to make a trip to the dump and then I'll go to the fertilizer plant and get a ton of lime (the trunk won't hold it all so the back seat area will do) and then pick my favorite mining trail.  :scratchchin: I'll have to go real fast so I don't get stuck.  :icon_smile_big:

No kidding. i dont think i could shell out the cash for a '69 Charger, wait forever for it to show up, and then wait forever again for the next one to show up.   :shruggy:  I'm guessing he wasnt fond of the Bronze color...  :puke:
