The St. Louis North (truck) plant has been reduced to one shift, and the South (van) plant officially closed on Wednesday, October 29th.  They're calling it a "temporary shutdown", as they have recently spent between $1-2 BILLION in plant upgrades.

As far as getting information regarding which dealership your car was sold new from, it isn't going to happen.

I have several friends who used to work in the Administration office there, and they were not able to help me out with any information on my Hemicar - which was also built at the St. Louis plant.  Wish there were more options for info on things like this, but I don't know of any.

I'll move this thread over into the Car Guys Discussion forum.
