Assembly order

Is there a prefered order of putting the car together after body is back from paintshop? I will get mine back before christmas but
starting with the vinylroof for example wouldn't be a hit since it's cold here then and I don't have heating in the garage.
After suspension and rear end I guess I will be stucked untill warmer weather. 

Any good threads on vinylroof assy?

Would the front and rear windshield retainer be assembled after the vinylroof is put on as a "extra" hold down or can they go on first?

Install the retainers after the top for extra holding power.
