Thanks Ron, now to get the rest of the car done! Hoping to finish the body this Sping 09.

Think I have some clearance issues with the air cleaner, as well it was ugly trying to put the engine in w/ the headers, will try a put the headers in next to see how every thing looks then slowly add the firewall items and dash stuff.

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Jim, the TTI's fit very nice in my buddies E-headed 408 in the 70 Cuda chassis. It's easier to install them from below and you might have to raise the driver side of the engine and install the headers & starter at the same time. Once in they're awesome with lots of clearance.  :2thumbs:

I got the driver side in, I jacked the engine rear up a tad and got in place, the passenger side I need to remove the oil filter and like you said come in from the bottom.  I am just test fitting everything, it will all come out when the body goes back.
