to be honest I have not got any succes with anyone. Crank never has been machined. Just the rope one got last long than the rubber one. Last time the rope kind one IT COULD BE baddly mounted, since was done without remove engine from car, simply getting loosen the crank mains I think and sliding in ( wasn't me who made it ).

right now I'm getting a bad leak there.

if its not the seals, and your crank is properly aligned within the main caps... i would say it is most likely worn cross-hatching on the crankshaft itself causing the leak past the seals.  there is another thread on this somewhere.. really good one too.

the cranks is very low mileage one, so I have doubts about... but will check further. anyway, searching for opinions on poll.

I had not leak on first year of the new seal.

I've been using a rubber seal, but had NO luck actually sealing, so I think I'll try the rope one now...
