Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Lots of sheet metal will interchange on the Darts, Demons, Dusters & Valiants. I wrecked a 70 Duster once and put on a 73 Dart Sport clip.

My son has a 76 Scamp. We put fenders from a 72 Valliant 4 door on it. A couple of the grille mounting points were different but it worked.
Still looking for 15x7 Appliance slotted mags.....

I like the monochrome paint scheme on the girl's bike - sweet.

Took it for a drive yesterday...figures I washed it before and since they're doing construction on the road by my house, they tried to clean the road by dumping water on it but it made the dusty mess into a mucky mess! ::)

Of course I couldn't leave it like that :icon_smile_big:

Some goodies in the back of my Jeep that I picked up from my grandparent's house. Got the extra front valance, front bumper, grille, 3 freshly painted 15x7 Rallyes (my grandpa is going to fix the other) and 2 extra headlight bezels.

Dan's videos inspired me to get some new ones of the Duster. I had to keep it contained because of the street and not wanting to piss off the neighbours just yet :icon_smile_big:. Maybe if it's nice out still in the next few days ;)

Rant on..... :'(

Dude, just watched the video again - - and saw a major "UH OH"!
Your car has a shoulder and lap belts...SO WEAR THEM DAMMIT!  No excuses. :badidea:

Sorry, I have to put my fatherly hat on here.....I'm not trying to be a downer, or lay "old man" stuff on you. The simple fact is that nobody wants anything bad to happen to you. I did plenty of stupid "unbuckled" bullshit in my '73 Duster 25 years ago, so I'm lucky to be here today. Don't be stupid like me.

I gotta think 95% of us "old guys" are thinking the same thing. :yesnod:

Rant off. ;)

Tilar

 :iagree:  :iagree:

You don't want 30 of us staring at you with the "Dad look" as my kids called it.

By the way, the car sounds good, Cody.  :2thumbs:
Dave

God must love stupid people; He made so many.

Its on Cody, I'm gonna get some duct tape after I fix my starter and tape my camera to the seat then go on the highway. Your car sounds pretty good.

Not that it makes any difference but I did actually have it on...it just kept coming unclipped though. Whenever I actually drive somewhere with it, I do have the shoulder part on. :yesnod:
