Took the car to a Mopar show on July 12th (pardon the date on the camera though, it resets the date to another date whenever I turn it off).....

Won the Young Guns award!

The engine. I plan on doing a full visual resto on the engine this winter....

I'll give you a little tip Cody.    Never burn out in front of your own house.   ;)   My car is pretty loud and when I spin the tires I make sure that I'm a few blocks away from home.     This way my neighbors don't want to kill me.    :2thumbs:   Congrats on the award and new wheels.   Looking good brother.

I seen an article about the a-bodies once. Went something like this;

"Number one reason to own a Mopar A-body. All the girls look at you and say, "Nice car". Number one reason to not own a Mopar A-body. All the guys look at you and say, "nice car".

Are you going to be driving it to vegas next year?

Chances are no. I plan on taking out the engine this winter to paint it all and I plan on replacing all the wiring.

I was going to say, if you're driving. You'll probably come through Utah. Hopefully mine will be up and running and it would be a good little road trip.

Cool deal Cody on winning the Young Guns Award. The new wheels will look nice on the car even though I like it with the hubcaps too.  Ted

Finn

Looking good man!
Sounds mean too. :D

Did the old hubcaps you had say Dodge Division by chance?
That challenger hardtop I picked up had a set in the trunk that looks similar to yours but I didn't see the lettering...different rim?. They even had plum crazy in the middle to match the car lol.
Ive tried emailing you the pictures you wanted a couple times but it was giving me crap. I think I figured it out though so they should be in your inbox tonight. :2thumbs:

Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

Thanks man for the pictures  Nope, the hubcaps are plain...no writing HOWEVER, there is a junkyard here with a bunch of them sitting in a pile. I could pick them up for you if you send some cash to cover the cost? What's your email? I'll send you pictures of them.

Fresh paint on the Rallyes (the other one is getting the lip fixed- had a minor bend in it) :drool5:

My dad picked up a grille, hood, front bumper and front valance for $125 from a guy with a '73 Dart. He's trying to put a '69 Valiant front end on it :scratchchin:

Just a couple of misc pictures....

Can't wait to see it with the new wheels on there! You're making a lot of progress man. So has this superseded your Charger project?  :scratchchin:

Lots of sheet metal will interchange on the Darts, Demons, Dusters & Valiants. I wrecked a 70 Duster once and put on a 73 Dart Sport clip.
