If I were to buy several body parts from an individual in Canada what would the duty and hassle be getting them into the US?

I don't know what your customs guys will do to you but there is a good chance you'll be forced to drink lots and lots of beer in strip clubs before you'll be allowed to pick up the parts.  (just flow with it, it's like a national custom for us)
