360 stroker

hey i am planning on building my 360 to a 408 with the 4.00 stroke. does anyone know where i can get everything i need to do this build? and does anyone whose done it or know more about it have any tips they can give me?

Check with muscle motors....they should have a 408 kit available.

Lots of good piston choices now.  There were only 2 stock pistons available when I build mine
Figure out what you want from the engine first and then build to it.
Mine is a 9.5 compression eddy heads
Comp 275 hi lift  231 at 50 and the engine could take a bigger cam
TTI headers a=work nice

You will love the 408. Light weight, good performer with good street manners (depending on how you build her)
