I found this doing picture search on Google. I don't believe this is the Daytona being discussed in the other thred.

My Dad taught me about TIME TRAVEL.
"If you don't straighten up, I'm going to knock you into the middle of next week!" :P

THE CHARGER PUNK

That isn't the same Daytona being discussed on the other thread, however that Daytona that is advertised is the first that was built for sale. It was built in February of 1969, where as the rest of the 503 Daytona's were built between April and June of 1969.

Yeas it does state that the 6 pack intake was added X days after being sold and all, but if it truly is the very first Daytona available to the public (the white mock-up mule without the backlight treatment and full stripe and taped headlights was a styling exercise) you'd think it would be 100% as delivered by the factory. Top dollar collectors go for factory[/b] original and a dealer add on will substantially hurt the value.

Ghoste

Not according to those who are trying to sell "70" Daytona's.  ;)

You would think that with that few miles it would still be origional too, but it has at least 3 repaints that I can think of.
