I am getting ready to order a carb and am considering a Proform 950 for my 512 RB buildup. Are these carbs any good or should I just go with a regular Holley 950HP.

This will be in a 4 speed 70 Charger RT....

The PF950 carbs are excellent....i've recommended them to several members who are using them in 500in builds. Check in the proven Combo's section for dyno results and feedback.

I use a Proform 950 and like it. Engine's a 505 with Eddy heads and comp XS290S solid cam. It needed a little fine tuning but that's to be expected. Made a big difference when I replaced the Eddy 750.

WOW.....  I hope the Eddy 750 was just there to break in the cam....   That's pretty small for 505 cubes.

No worries....the stroker you are building is not a go for the throat race build. The 850 will be fine.  :2thumbs:
