Such a nice day today that a couple buddies and I went for a drive to a local car wrecking yard

Yard owner must have creamed his jeans when he saw those three wrecks come rolling up. ;)   Did you find much in the yard.

The owner is getting older and apparently has no heirs , This make all get scrapped in year to come :shruggy:   But he keeps the yards all moved and very clean.

Were there any of those sold with left hand drive?

My problem is with visiting old wrecking yards is that I wanna save most of those cars and drag them home. Thanks for sharing the photos. I love old wrecking yards. I have bought several cars out of the local yards over the years and still have a few of those cars. Bought a 71 Dart Swinger which was the wrecking yard owners car for 200.00 and I also bought two 1957 Chevy's for $200.00 each. I don't regret my purchases.

Isn't that a 56 wagon?
This car was sold many years ago to somebody in Wisconsin. I now am retired and living in Florida.
