Who Rebuilds '66 Rotating Headlight Motors?

Looking for recommendations / referrals to shops that rebuild the '66 headlight motors.  As is typical for these cars, lights work, motors don't rotate.  Would replace them, but can't find a supplier for the '66 versions.  Will ship them anywhere as required, but would be great if I could locate a shop in the Phoenix area, or in western Canada as I commute between Phoenix and Calgary.  Thanks!

Have you determined for sure its the motors and not the relays or limit switches?
