Those are Nova 711's made by KMC Wheels.

Those look like 22's on the Challenger.....these on the Charger are 20's with a little more sidewall (which I like better)

Yeah, those wheels could have been a little smaller and it still would have looked good. I didn't see any 3rd gen chargers, sorry. There is a real nice 71 that comes to the local cruise ins here in Murfreesboro. I'll snap some pics of it next chance I get
The black 68' in the pics was absolutely flawless and was probably the nicest car there. Here's another one I resized that I thought was cool-
