hi, i got my 383 4 barrel rebuit, by a profesional, and the trans, the engine pushes 375 horses, i wantes it stock as possible, the trans as a stall of 2500, i was told that it's slipping, motor revs, but car not performing as it should, on take off i may leave a foot or two of rubber, that's it, my question is what's the torque converter to get, my gear is a 3.23, not a sure grip, my tires in the back are 275/60/15, i want a nice cruiser, but would like to burn some rubber, thanks Sly

Without seeing it or knowing more about the car, I'd say it's performing about right.
