Sox & Martin record album question

There is a record album out there that was put out either by Sox and Martin or Plymouth, kind of an interview promo thing.  Anyway, for those that know about this thing, did they make only one and did it include a booklet of any sort?

what do you mean by an insert ?

A booklet.  Plymouth put out what I assume to be a similar album to this Sox one in 1970 and it had interviews with Petty and people close to him and inside there was a booklet with photos.
