340 head toque specs

I have a 70 340 I had a valve job done on. I need to know 2 things.
1. What are the head bolt and intake bolt torque specs
2. Are the head bolts supposed to use washers?? (Mine had none on them, but had been off before)

Head Bolt               95ftpds
Intake Manifold Bolt     35ftpds

question 2, I think yes, you need washers
