does a dodge truck have the same bolt pattern as a car?

Can anyone telll me if a half ton dodge truck has a 4 1/2 inch bolt pattern? I am looking to buy some rims and was wondering if half ton truck rims will fit on my 70 charger? Thanks

if the truck is 82 and below i believe they are 5 x 4 1/2.. i n 1983 they went to 5 x 5 1/2 if i am correct
