Stupid question here, but are those measured in degrees or inches?

Degrees except for ride height and toe-in. (they're inches)

Positive camber and negative caster?  Go with .5 to 1 deg. negative camber and as much caster you can get, or if you want a number, 2 to 3 degrees positive.  1/16" to 1/8" toe in.
