67 B Body Frame - Same as 68-70?

I found a 67 belvedere (4 door) and it sound to be structurally sound.  I know that the 68-70 b body frame/structural parts interchange but what about 67 parts?  I need good framerails so that's why I even considered it.

I know wheelbase is different , but I can't answer if any of it's interchangeable

The front and rear framerails from all 66-70 B-body cars are interchangable.
