How high was your bid?

I think it would have been easier if he told you what you were going to get instead of what was gone from the car.

The Aquamax...yes, this bike spent 2 nights underwater one weekend. (Not my doing), but it gained the name, and has since become pseudo-famous. :)

Upon quick reflection you are right. Too valuable/noteworthy not to post in this board.  :2thumbs:

It is pretty close to my hometown, so I will have to go look at it when I have the chance this week.  I won't be buying though (low money reserve right now)........

WAIT A ^#^%^% MINUTE!!! There were only 74 383-2bbl 4 speed cars built?!??!??! I had one YEARS ago, also had disc brakes P/S and NO console. Pale yellow with black top and interior.

I guess I should have kept that one HUH?  :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall: :brickwall:

MAN last I heard it was in a little town about 60 miles from here. The guy who had the car, sold it back to the guy I traded it to and HE was gonna make either  a Daytona OR  General Lee out of it!  This was back in the early 90s.  The original engine block is in the car in the pic. I got he Charger from him and he bought the Charger because the 383 was fresh and this Car is a VERY nice straight car. But the engine was missing or killed, can't remember now.
Pretty well solid and rust free. Who KNEW that the 383 2bbl car would be THAT rare?!??!??!

Forgot the picture!

That's the 1 of none special Challenger edition Charger, right? Even more rare than the 74 mentioned above.

NO The guy I got the Charger from originally bought it to take the engine OUT and install in this Challenger!! THAT is where the original  68 Charger engine went!

I Read the post again, I just wasn't as clear as I needed to be.
