Judging by the lack of marker lights on top of the fenders, thats actually a '66.

Nope..it's a 67....vinyl top is 67, (66 vinyl tops are different), has 67 bumper guards, interior seat pattern, short rear fold down arm rest, 67 steering wheel....bet they took off the front fender indicators.

Hubcaps are '66 too, but most of the other stuff (steering wheel, bumper guards, vinyl top, seat stitching) are '67 so I'm guessing they changed the fender indicators and hubcaps.

Check out the funky driver's door mirror and the dog with the strange red harness.

Heck, I AM a first gen fan, and that's about the price range I was thinking too...... still needs a fair amount of work to justify that high a price tag.

The trim looks to be in good shape and it is a vinyl top car so if it's a factory one, it's very rare.  That will push the price up some but without seeing the car I can't really form an opinion on value.  I will say that I think that 6000 is undervaluing it and that isn't because I own one.  I'm just looking at what seems to be missing and the hard to find parts look to be there.  The fastback prices have been starting to catch up a bit (at least before the housing crash they were ).  I will add though that it's quite a stretch to say the car has no rust but then mention there are a few bubbles under the vinyl top.  As we all know, if there are visible bubbles under a Mopar vinyl top, you can bet the roof is junk.  Given some of the items changed on the car, it's probably also a good guess that if you took a media blaster to the rest, you quickly find that rust free car has a LOT of filler in it.  So 12,500 is certainly a high price.  Let us know Cody.
(psst, Cody, that vinyl top trim looks to be in better shape than mine so I'll give you fifty bucks if you sneak over there in the night and steal it for me  :D )

I would agree that seems a bit high for that car, on the other hand if everything is there :shruggy: the first gens are the hardest to find parts for and still not much being repopped, it might take that much to put together a project.

Hey Cody, what's the scoop on the '60 Phoenix (at least, I think that's what it is) sitting next to the Charger? That looks pretty decent from the photo.

Hey Cody, that pooch looks like it wanted to have a little chat with you - he'd be all smiles...

The first thing I thought was wow....12.5k...too much.

The owner says the car came from California.

Joshua & TeeWJay426: There were a few other cars sitting in the yard for sale (including the red one beside it..don't know the price though...10k range if I remember :shruggy:).

dpm68: The dog was nice :yesnod:
