Where can i get the original 2 piece 68 Charger belts from?

Apparantely nobody knows anything or anyone on this entire site with X belts and maybe the ppl that had them are no longer members...

SO

Where can i find the original style belts?

Also

Dont these shoulder belts become a pain in the rear scraping against ur neck since its positioned up on the ceiling? (comes down accross ur neck...?) is there way to fix that problem?
