I bought this album when it came out in 1978.
Now, 30 years later, somebody is converting AK-47 assault rifles into electric guitars.
Maybe we have ol' Ted to thank? :icon_smile_big:

You just know those Gibson AKs sound like shit. Why bother?

Not one of Ted's better albums....

I picture Ted preferring good old USA made Remmingtons or Winchesters over foreign commie made iron.
Seeking information on '69 St. Louis plant VINs, SPDs and VONs. Buld sheets and tag pictures appreciated. Over 3,000 on file thanks to people like you.

Yeah, I'm guessing those don't put out real good sound, but... a great conversation piece nonetheless.

Ted is one smart/crazy character.  Mostly crazy though, just like all smart people, right?

I dig his rhetoric and his music.... both amusing, and I share his views on a lot of stuff.
Life isn't Father Knows Best anymore, it's a kick in the face on a saturday night with a steel toed grip kodiak work boot and a trip to the hospital all bloodied and bashed.....for reconstructive surgery. But, what doesn't kill us, makes us stronger, right?

We just saw him 2 weeks ago. Second row seats!

I wore ear protection for only the 2nd time ever. Let's just say it was a good call. My ears were still ringing a bit the next day even with the protection.

Whether they sound good or not, I think Ted would appreciate Commie weapons being turned into to guitars.

I wonder if they stay in tune when the barrel heats up?
