I have NOS replacement fenders on my 71.  Its at the body shop and they called to ask about drilling the hole for the antenna... so I was wondering... is there an antenna option that I could use thats hidden somewhere to avoid drilling the fender?  I kind of like the look of it without the antenna.

A long time ago I had an antenna that was a fine wire in a length of clear adhesive tape that I put on the inside of the windshield.  Don't know if something like that is still available but I do know it didn't work very good.

It's not a midlife crisis, it's my second adolescence.

My 70 Cuda has a AAR Right Front Fender on it, AAR's had there antenna on the quater panels. Don't want drill a hole in that fender. I just stuck the antenna under the fender and zip locked it to the fender braces. Local stations came in fine.

Ok.  That might be worth a try ... The front just looks so clean without the antenna that I hate to ruin it...

You would be runing it, just the way it should be. But if you want the clean look, then give my trick a try.

I was searching it down here to use with my aftermarket Radio and keep the fender antenna to use only with my original Radio what is powered, but a cheap one easy to get damaged. Once I saw on a dealer, but not anymore.

WELL I'm not really desesperately searching it, I have another priorities first
