Is this a good price for a 71' Charger Rally Cluster w/Tach ?

Hi,
Is $300 plus shipping a fair price for a 71' Charger Rally Cluster with a Tach?
The seller is not sure if the tach works. The wiring is all there.
Guess I will take a gamble.

Doesnt sound too bad.  I got mine for $200 something but I dont think that included the bezel.

I bought the Charger Specialties tach and the lettering is bright and new...trouble is my dash is older. Keep that in mind too. I have seen very limited amounts of original tach set ups. Make sure you get the harnesses with it. Oh, the price sounds about right too.

Yeah, the harness comes with it & everything in the pic.
I am tight in $ and did not want to miss out.
