Picture resizing

Hi all,some time ago I downloaded a program that let you click on a pic and resize it that ez.Having some problems with my computer and now this great feature is gone. I could swear I found the link here and can not remember where. Any help?? Please email me at    poppa69atsbcglobaldotnet        or post here (computer still screwed up) and I can check from work.Thanks........
